About us

The people behind the sparkle

Residential and office cleaning across Ontario, CA and surrounding areas — built on careful work, honest pricing, and a team that treats your space like their own.

Our story

Citymaids Cleaning was born from a simple frustration: it was too hard to find a cleaning service that showed up on time, did careful work, and charged a fair, honest price. So we decided to be that service  for our neighbors in Ontario and the surrounding communities.

Today we clean homes and offices across the area, from routine weekly visits to deep cleans and full move-out refreshes. Whatever the job, our approach stays the same: listen first, clean thoroughly, and treat every space like it belongs to someone we care about because it does.

What we stand for

  • Care in every detail

We treat your home with the same care we'd want for our own — no rushed corners, no skipped spots.

  • Honest pricing

Clear quotes, no surprise charges. The price we confirm before the visit is the price you pay.

  • Reliable & respectful

We show up when we say we will, and we treat your schedule — and your privacy — with respect.

  • The 100% promise

Every visit follows a detailed room-by-room checklist, and we're not satisfied until you are.

Who cleans your home

A small, carefully chosen crew — not a rotating cast of strangers.

  • Every cleaner is screened and background-checked before they ever set foot in your home
  • Team members are trained on our room-by-room checklist, so quality is consistent from visit to visit
  • We bring our own professional-grade supplies and equipment — you don't need to have anything ready
  • Whenever possible, we send the same cleaners to your home so they learn your space and your preferences

Where we clean

Citymaids Cleaning is based in Ontario, California and cleans homes and offices throughout the surrounding communities. If you're nearby and don't see your city listed, ask we often can make it work.
